Dime Learning Library Educational Services Ltd. is an independent technical education provider established in 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We were founded by a group of distributed systems researchers, software educators, and open-source advocates who observed that available information in the decentralized technology sector was frequently cluttered with marketing hype, speculative noise, and conflicting claims. Our core founding mission was straightforward: build a rigorous, neutral, and accessible educational resource dedicated exclusively to explaining the mathematics, protocol mechanics, and architectural concepts behind modern decentralized networks, with a dedicated focus on Dime technology.
